Popular Use Cases

Method of application, curing time, durability, and need for maintenance are the four major factors to consider while choosing a sealant for  environments vulnerable to high humidity and corrosive conditions. Ports, harbors and marinas are certain places in this context where electrical connections are prone to frequent maintenance.

In these wet conditions which are highly conductive, Raytech Magic Power Gel is the best available product fulfilling all four characteristics of a perfect sealant. It is readily used for electrical connections in cranes, docks, vessels, and even in ships and cruises to protect as well as make corrections to wiring whenever needed.

Most significantly, Magic Power Gel can sustain high pressure under deep water. It is even suitable to install in salt water as well as chlorinated water.

Keeps moisturizer away from splice boxes

I planned to install pathway lights in a new sidewalk to be poured. I ran conduit and made the unavoidable splices so that the lights were run in parallel. I placed the joints in a ‘X’ and made the connections. I used this to prevent water from entering my connections. Shortly after the install, it rained and flooded the area where my boxes were buried. The box was completely submerged for about a day or two. I later opened them and found very little moisture on the top of the gel. This stuff is amazing! It has rained several times and the boxes were completely submerged and even with that the lights worked perfectly.
