Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@nexusparts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages reported after the delivery date will not be accepted for returns or refunds. Ex work purchases with damage need to be resolved with your shipping carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, there are certain conditions where we are unable to accept returns. Please review the exceptions below to our return policy:
90-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date or pick up date. We cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this time frame.
Damage Reports: Any items received damaged must be reported on the day of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for items with damages reported after the delivery date. Prompt reporting is crucial for us to address and resolve any issues efficiently.
Used Products: Products that have been used or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
Large Orders: Returns on large orders or bulk purchases are not accepted unless specifically authorized by our personnel prior to the return request. This policy is to manage inventory effectively and to ensure fairness in our return practices.
Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are offered at a significant discount and are therefore exempt from our standard return policy.
Pre-filled Joints: Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on pre-filled joints. This policy is in place to comply with safety standards and regulations.
Lost Packages and Incorrect Addresses
For lost packages, please make a claim with the carrier service and provide us with the claim number via email at store@nexusparts.com. Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not our responsibility and need to be double-checked before finalizing your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Restocking Fee Some orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be based on order size and return quantity.
